A question was raised as to whether the State had changed rules regarding the requirements for designating an official newspaper to allow for an online newspaper to be chosen. Mr. Wood was not aware of any change; therefore, the resolution was approved as presented. Mr. Burbank suggested this topic be taken to NYSAC (New York State Association of Counties).
