Meeting History

Jul 20, 2017 3:30 PM  Public Safety Committee Regular Meeting

Ms. Lansing explained the changes to the bylaws are minor and that they include the language adopted earlier this year in the Charter.

Ms. Robertson requested the changes be highlighted prior to the Legislature considering them. In addition, she asked if a representative from CARS (Cayuga Addiction Recovery Services) should be considered as part of the membership. Ms. Lansing said CARS has not been involved with the advisory board, but she agreed to reach out to see if there is interest. Ms. Robertson also recommended the bylaws include a section about quorum; Ms. Lansing agreed to add language that would address the question about quorum.
