WHEREAS, the County has received a grant offer from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in the amount of $870,763 to help finance the Installation of a Passenger Boarding Bridge at the Ithaca Tompkins Regional Airport, and

 

WHEREAS, the budget for this project will be $967,515 and the financing is as follows: 

 

FAA Share (90.0%)                                                                      Account No. HT 5601.44592              $ 870,763

NYS Department of Transportation Share (5.0%)               Account No. HT 5601.43592              $  48,375

Airport Operational Budget                                                        Account No. HT 5601.45031              $  48,376

              (PFC’s instead of Operational Funds once application has been finalized)

, now therefore be it                   

 

              RESOLVED, on recommendation of the Facilities and Infrastructure Committee, That the grant offer from the FAA in the amount of $870,763 be and hereby is accepted and that the County Administrator, or his designee, is authorized to execute the required documents.
